I called to find out if they could repair my laptop screen the same day. He was very friendly and helpful. He told me up front the approximate cost of the repair, depending on what type of screen, etc. When I arrived, he immediately started looking for a replacement screen. He ended up removing the screen from a rebuilt laptop and replacing my screen with it. It took less than an hour and was half the cost of what another place quoted. I was very happy with the results and will definitely return for any future repairs.

Matt was able to fix it within 10 minutes and she did not lose any of the pictures, videos and information she had created on the computer.
